Ajitama Ramen Pot

Known as Ajitsuke Tamago or Ajitama in Japanese, Ramen Eggs are delicious as a topping on ramen or enjoyed as a snack.  This little pot reminds me of my Ramen meal in a little enchanting Japanese town called Akizuki in Fukuoka. A heartwarming memory that stays with me forever.

Meals served on gorgeous handmade ceramic wares - they are my most enjoyable meals! Whether it's a bowl of Ramen or a simple soupy broth, it's gourmet for me. It has to be part of that 'artisanal' experience.
