Much of nature responds to the forces of water and wind to shape and move them. The textures in the clay are the language of nature that the artist wants to convey to the user. Cloud Plate III (Grey Day) is a series of 3 Cloud Plates of slabbed clay and textured patterns in white glaze to mimic floating clouds on a grey day.
